We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any order — digital or print.

Print books

Each book is printed to order just for you (print-on-demand), so every print sale is final and non-refundable, including for damage in transit.

Digital downloads

PDFs are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, so all digital sales are final. If a download link won't work (expired or a technical issue), reply to your order email and we'll re-issue the link so you get what you paid for.
